30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@damirclothing.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship within 7 days of receiving your return authorization
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color:
1. Contact us at support@damirclothing.com
2. Return your original item following the return process above
3. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items worn, washed, or altered
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@damirclothing.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
